but lucky malaysian got ip blocked== last time a gm recommend me hot spot shield and i have good lesson, my computer totally have been destroyed by lots of virus

This game looks fun but does it have a English version ? And is it full screen or web browser game . Will Malaysian able to play and lag free like below 200ms ping ? And does the server open to Malaysians ?
