I would wipe dalvik cache only.. just to be safe.. the rest no need to wipe or else u lose your data..
Wolf did mentioned no need to wipe though..

I don't know everything works fine for me  I guess WB 5.0.0s would be best for those who plan to use it for long term as I never experienced any issues using 4.0.4s for about 2 weeks+ and used the 5.0.0s for a couple of days. The gaming ROM reallly good! last time i tried Third Blade(free game on market) quite laggy.. now.. fuu quite good. Now trying out 6.0.0c(custom) and maybe 6.0.0s(stock) later..
