New flashtool is the method I told you. But i think as long as you're on stock kernel and bb .71 you can use new flashtool.

QUOTE(Blackthorn @ Nov 20 2011, 05:18 PM)
yep installed both files in the same default folder.. (flashtool 4.2)

then tried newer flashtool 5.10 also same.

maybe I connected with the wrong method.. is it flashmode? or flashboot?

but how to use flashboot?

So.. I assume you're on stock Sony Ericsson firmware? 1.6 or 2.1 or 2.3.3? Try repair mode via PC Companion or SonyEricssonUpdateService. See if it helps? hmm.gif

Looks like zdhihu is back with ICS 4.0 port development.. Still in very early Alpha stage, lots of stuff not working. But that's a good start. Hopefully the devs at XDA can get all the software and hardware to work together and completely.

Done that? Just flash the .zip of the ROM using xRecovery(When phone boot straight away tap back key when u see Sony Ericsson)

Factory Reset
Clear Cache
Advanced>Clear Dalvik Cache
and Install Custom .zip>find the .zip in the SDCard
