Need to b careful, kidney problem very serious and dialysis uses lots of money.

3 ways to get failure

1. eat lots of medication
2. injured kidney badly
3. poisoned

be aware of kreatanin levels during medical checkup

if you drink too much protein yes, cause it is concentrated protein and it requires the kidney to work hard to process them compared to normal protein meals.

Overdosing on 161g of protein a day?

Mate, EAT.

You are not going to overdose on protein anytime soon. Trust me. Don't worry too much about overeating protein, unless you're eating more than Darklight PER meal, that's a different story

goodness me, have you been reading anything that was posted? DONT WORRY ABOUT OVERDOSING ON PROTEIN. Do you have kidney problems as of now? Prior to adapting to a higher protein diet?

Are you in the next, say 20 years, every single day of the 20 years from now, going to be eating at least 20kg of protein? PER MEAL

Having a 5lb tub of shake every time you have a shake and drinking 3 tubs a day at the very least?

Are you doing some beatdown, super heavy snapping some shit up crap to your kidney apart from feeding it 161g of protein?

If you are for all 3, all right, I give up. Yes, your kidneys are f*cked

let me quote somewhat darklight explain in my fb profile before

QUOTE
Ch***** : Protein substrates and products of proteolysis (Protein metabolites) will primarily affect kidney function (since it filters and excretes these metabolites/byproducts) - however, the amount of Protein has to be exorbitant for an extended period of time, or another possibility a genetic predisposition/existing irregularities in internal functioning which could be aggravated.

It's not like he's sitting down and consuming 200 grams of protein at one sitting.
