03) Roof repair, redo, roof
04) Brick work
05) RC slab
06) Windows frame, door frames
07) Piping, electrical wiring, Alarm wiring, CCTV wiring, LAN Cabling, and AC piping
08) Plastering
09) Wall Tiles
10) Toilet WC and others sourcing
11) Grill and gate measurement
12) Plaster ceiling
13) Floor tiles
14) Install electrical switch, and lighting
15) Stove and sink install
16) Water taps install, water filter

Most work need to have followup, is not one time fix and go.
