just some sharing on the surrounding area about New landed property which ranged from 950k onward (3 storey) & Old town house about RM450k onward...
when we wanna see things in overall & those new development will always be the benchmark. it is hardly conclude tat landed property is 'dirt cheap' if we look at those newly completed house.. just my opion

for Q2, it doesn't need to complete at the same time but can VP by diff block;
for Q3, it alls depend on your own spa date when talk abt LAD, dont borther abt completion of other block, ok smile.gif

mine is Block A .. is anyone receive any billing for apartment (stage 2a) in any other block? blush.gif
