Let's be realistic, with so many new condos coming up in bukit jalil area ie KM1, Z residence, Kiara, treez
there is going to be lots of competition for tenants in the future, so expect to have lots of foreigners (possibly unwanted) staying there.
it's a problem with all medium to high density condos.
