I think there is a misunderstanding.

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion.

There is nothing wrong with your post, only those who threaten and bully other people (eg. michaellee or any other arsehole) should be banned.

Let's be realistic, with so many new condos coming up in bukit jalil area ie KM1, Z residence, Kiara, treez

there is going to be lots of competition for tenants in the future, so expect to have lots of foreigners (possibly unwanted) staying there.

it's a problem with all medium to high density condos.

There are lots of hidden cost in islamic loan.

Although you get 20% stamp duty discount, but there are extra documents that will cost more.

Furthermore, you cannot get income tax deduction from islamic loan.

There are lots more cons where i am not sure
