According to the agent, the condo is worth of 500K, they offer 2 free parking space and 3% discount on the 1st payment.
but i checked on the payment of purchase, it shows sth like this:

and at the payment of balance 1st 10% it written as RM45K and at the "Incentive package", it didn't stated the "free 2 parkings".
I did check with the agent on the car park issue and they said it's normal, and for the 3%, the agent said it's understood within themselves as the agent already put her sign beside the RM45k.
Now i'm in great doubt, if in that case, mean actually there's no free parking as per the agent said and how bout the 3% discount on 1st 10% payment?
Hope someone could enlighten me no these.

50K (10% of 500k) = 5K(downpayment ) + 15K (3% discount) + 30K (balance of 1st 10% payment)
You should pay 30K for balance of 1st 10% payment.
As you can see in your invoice, 2 car parks cost you 40K. It already included in total price of condo.
The developer provide breakdown of unit price and car park, becoz there are two S&P need to sign.
1 for condo, another 1 for car park.
Added on October 5, 2011, 7:32 amIf you stay above 8th floor(for 1200++ sf and 1400++, not applicable for 1000sf), your car park lots are side by side de.
If you stay 8th floor and below, your car park lots are front and back.
