Jusco located in Jalil city? Jialat...this HH, I doubt they ability... That's y I heard nothing from my contractor fren about jusco in BJ. (he works closely with jusco construction) he only mentioned about 5 new jusco will be constructed by nx year. unfortunately, all located outside selangor. How sad:(

Hi, i'm a newbie in property, would like to clarify on the booking fees.

According to the agent, the condo is worth of 500K, they offer 2 free parking space and 3% discount on the 1st payment.

but i checked on the payment of purchase, it shows sth like this:

Unit Price: 460k
Car Park Price: 40k
Total Nett Price: 500K

and at the payment of balance 1st 10% it written as RM45K and at the "Incentive package", it didn't stated the "free 2 parkings".

I did check with the agent on the car park issue and they said it's normal, and for the 3%, the agent said it's understood within themselves as the agent already put her sign beside the RM45k.

Now i'm in great doubt, if in that case, mean actually there's no free parking as per the agent said and how bout the 3% discount on 1st 10% payment?

Hope someone could enlighten me no these.
