taiko, MRTA is not required for other bank meh? UOB told me compulsory to take MRTA with at least 50% of loan tenure. So, i rejected UOB dy.

OCBC loan - very hard to fight for better rate. They can approve your loan very fast according to standard package. When u want to appeal t&c, no way!

Yes. they are offering BLR-2.4%, with lock in 3 years. But quite alot of minor charges here and there. I dont really like it.

50K (10% of 500k) = 5K(downpayment ) + 15K (3% discount) + 30K (balance of 1st 10% payment)
You should pay 30K for balance of 1st 10% payment.
As you can see in your invoice, 2 car parks cost you 40K. It already included in total price of condo.

The developer provide breakdown of unit price and car park, becoz there are two S&P need to sign.
1 for condo, another 1 for car park.


Added on October 5, 2011, 7:32 amIf you stay above 8th floor(for 1200++ sf and 1400++, not applicable for 1000sf), your car park lots are side by side de.

If you stay 8th floor and below, your car park lots are front and back.

Kidex --- the starting point is Bandar Kinrara Section 6
I dont think it pass by any area around BJ.
