UOB no compulsary MRTA. is not what you said standard pratice or not.
just sometimes the bank policy changed and the banker must follow the guideline.
Banker also work for the bank, they no point cheating you.
for me, the most important are , services , rate + packages and no hidden charges.

your carpark is side by side or front back?
Preferring this features as in if you located at LG2 then other from LG3 or 4 wont passby. it will not so complicated.

1st of all Congratz bro be part of ZR....
1) UOB, OCBC , Alliance Bank , HL, Public bank ( they all have full flexi and semi flexi thus you have to ask for full flexi packages )
2) Most of the bank BLR-2.4 Min....some bank goes up to BLR-2.5 1st yrs BLR-2.45 2-3rd yrs T/A BLR-2.4. T&C applied.
3) yes 90% + FEC (finance entry cost = your loan legal fees can finance inside your loan ) . Please note that Public Bank dont allow to FEC + compulsory for MRTA/MLTA. PS: i think public bank hit thier quota liao....

For the aboved mentioned just for your referrence. Hope it will help you smile.gif

my recommended bank are UOB , Alliance bank and OCBC. thumbup.gif
