You can check the letter, most likely only CC (Carbon Copy) to you where the letter is intended to your Bank/Lawyer for disbursement.
You can call your loan lawyer to reconfirm

In other words, once the 10% is disbursed from bank to developer, you hav to start serving progressing interest.
