owned ford focus for 6 months already. so far i consider myself lucky cause only fixed something loose inside steering wheel and fixed some stuff inside door panel cause of clicking noise after tinting work. other than that, no issue. power shift have been obedient so far and planted cornering give me smiles especially when attacking genting . highly recommend ford to any prospect buyer. i suggest if money permit, get the ecoboost version. i still yearn the power from a 3.6L although this 2.0 is one of the best in NA department in Malaysia.

QUOTE(Massi @ Sep 12 2017, 07:55 PM) >> Trio mantap Hello everyone. I just registered here so I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask. But anyway, Couple of days ago my car ( ford fiesta 2012) broke down after giving me this error ( oil pressure low stop safely) and the engine wouldn't start. Next day it started and I took the car to trio mantap workshop located at No. 3 jalan Kencana 18. They checked my car vaguely and without any through inspection they said they need to dismantle the engine for further inspections and charged me Rm 700. They also said that there is a good chance that I need to change the whole engine which will cost me about 25k. It was very suspicious that they started to throw these numbers without even checking my car properly. My question is that can I trust them? Or is there any other place that I should take my car to? Any suggestion would help. Thanks i banned trio mantap even during my free service. their service is quite shoddy and they seem to fail to give reasonable explanation to any fault or issues that they diagnosed. maybe they think that their customer are not at all familiar with mechanical stuff... anyway, for any car issue, i suggest to go back to SDAC where they have better expertise.
