been very very interested with the new ford focus titanium+. reading a lot of comment on it and on ford in malaysia generally. is it really hard to get spare parts for the car?

i read the latest issue of life and drive mag in Borders today, and it was mentioned that the Duratorq and Ecoboost engine will come in the next 18 months.... is that true? 

I'm aware of the free maintenance for the 1st 3 years but how about the remaining year? minor service costs how much & major service costs how much? any idea?

the front seat is okay...but the back seats i find it the fabric one (Standard Fiesta S) is way better...but still i choose Beta since i hardly have chance to bring on more than one...for family, it is not recommend

Booked 3 weeks b4 launch date,,
Collected my black FoFo Sport+ on Saturday from PJ,, i tot during the delivery the SA will explain on the car will be like for 2 hours because of the car tech,, but it took only 15 minutes, maybe its busy saturday day with customer,, because day before that, follow my sis to collect her myvi and the salesman took 1 hours to xplain about the car, but i dont mind because has been downloading the online manual and read it few times

After collect straight go to v-kool pj and install tint, they take 4 hours to install because first focus to install with them, raining whole day,, habis my new car

Soo far my complain,, this not a problem,, but my dislike function/quality
1. Dont like the front seat, the semi bucket, hard to get out, will penyek the side kulit very hard,, i doubt the kulit on the side seat will holds long
2. Dont like the auto wiper, will check how to disable it, manage to disable the ambient light, the manual is very grey on this part
3. Will also try to disable the auto ON lights after we open the doors,
4. Hate the park assist
5. The quality of the Sony speaker is not that good, doubt is a sony speaker, will further check

The good thing
The feels, the driving experince, the trip computer, the informative display, the turning light, the torque, the ford eco mode, the michellin tyre, the NVH is great

No wonder only few owner come here to share because everybody busy enjoying their rite, ussualy people come to forum to share their problem but few come to share their enjoyment, same goes to me,,, everyday on LYN and focusfanatics to prepare for any problem,, thank GOD its none so far,, only today manage to online,,

New owner check your tire preassure, mine little bit low, front only 180psi, back 195psi, i top it up till 230psi front and back

Went to take a look at the focus yesterday and i have to say the spec list is impressive.Loved the sedan but would have preferred if it came wot the hatchbacks Black interior.But im just curious, for the active city stop thingy, how does it differentiate between an impending collision and your attempt to park as close as u can to a wall in a tight parking spot?
