Hi all,

I am thinking to install multi folding doors for my condo unit's balcony, ideally, it should be waterproof when closed.

Any idea how much they will cost? and who are the supplier in klang valley?

the size is approx 10ft (h) x 10.5 ft (w).

Any one had any recommendation?

It should look something like: http://www.lanaidoors.com/

Good material, thick material and tick glass around RM 65 - RM 80 / sqft. With 10'x10.5', you need about 7k to start.

Thanks guys & gals...

I didnt expect it to be so expensive, some more the 10 x 10.5 ft is just one side of the balcony, and of cos if i decide to do, i'll have to cover the other side as well, which is probably 10 x 5.5 ft, so it's going to be > 10k!!!

Actually I considering this for my condo balcony, because I have a spacious balcony but under utilised, and worst of all, it's dusty.

Checked with management if i can install aluminium glass window to close the area and they do not allow change to the external look of the condo, that's why is thinking if this can be exception...

Will definitely try calling the supplier and see how the quote is...

pls share your experience here

not sure the factory in cheras or kajang...

when i reno my 2 storey house, he did 1 no 4x4', 1 no 4x6' sliding window, 1 no 4'x4' casement using high end profile, job well done & no complaint.
when i sold the house, the buyer look at the windows & convince that all the material used for reno was TOP grade and sealed the deal on the spot biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
