Hi People! especially UTPians!

I am a Filipino-Japanese but I'm staying here in Doha, Qatar as I'm already working.

I revere Malaysia not only because it is a beautiful country, but most importantly, it is blessed with good people!

I have lots of questions in my mind regarding studying in Malaysia but let me start with this:

How difficult is it to get accepted in UTP for International Applicants like me?

I want to study Petroleum Engineering there because I've searched in the internet that it is the best when it comes to that course.

I already have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering but since college, I've always wanted to be a Petroleum Engineer, but there is no such course in the Philippines where I grew up.
