Hi , just asking on behalf of my brother ,
he really love UTP so much. the problem is , that he is offered his 2nd choice. can he appeal to change from Foundation in EE to Degree in Chemical Engineering after completion of foundation program ? |

But the letter said can't change wo. Actually I personally feel can change cause I grad from Uniten. Haha just to be safe =)
