You can just reply the offer letter via email. Try to call UTP and ask them. For the registration fee I think you can pay on the day of the registration at UTP, but I suggest you pay it earlier because it could be very crowded.

Thanks for your kind reply.what is the dress code to be wore when in lecture class ? Here it mentions Baju kemeja lengan panjang putih, tie, slack, formal leather shoes. Do we need to be so serious in dress code ? I mean when in class..confused here..or i misinterpret the message ? Sorry for asking many questions @@

Np problem. During lecture you can wear casual clothes like collared shirt with jeans. You can't wear T-Shirt and slippers tho.

Baju Kemeja Lengan Panjang putih is only compulsory to be wear during MAS week (orientation week).

Be serious in dress code? During MAS week do wear the Baju Kemeja Lengan Panjang. If during lecture, its depend on yourself, there is saying "you are not guilty until you are caught". If you are caught wearing inappropriate clothes by the Security Guard be prepared to pay RM 30 per summon LOL.

Class will start after you finished MAS week. Don't worry too much.

you have to follow the dress code when you are around the academic blocks/IRC/chancellor complex/offices which is collar tshirt, long pants with shoes. Anywhere else like your hostel area/cafe you can wear short pants. But do bear in mind, previously there is a rule where girls cant wear hot pants/singlet when they are at the cafe. The security guards will be giving out summons for fun. Reason for the rule - attire too revealing.

Latest from the uni, they have portable metal detectors now at all the exam venues, the guards will check your body for handphones or other electronic devices which are not allowed. Like in an airport shocking.gif shocking.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

See you all on the 14th Jan 2013 biggrin.gif Final year rclxm9.gif thumbup.gif

MAS week you're gonna need formal wear sometimes, semi-formal other times. Two collared should be enough la.

After that, you can wear almost anything you want (just has to be "decent"). biggrin.gif

No bus provided, you dont even get bus shuttle from residential hostel to academic blocks. the hostel and academic blocks are pretty near biggrin.gif

you can take an ETS train from batu gajah to KL Sentral, and vice versa.

I'm from Klang, so our routes are similar. Easiest is to buy bus ticket to KL (Plusliner). The Plusliner counter is in Taman Maju, which is about 3 minute driving distance away from UTP (to get there ask a friend to send or call taxi). You can buy the ticket online as well (go to Plusliner website, origin: Bota, destination: KL). You will board the bus at Taman Maju bus stop. The bus will drop you at KL Sentral. From there you know la.
I do this every time I go back.

The ETS train can also take you to KL sentral, but that one you have to go all the way to Batu Gajah train station to board, and hiring a taxi there is pretty expensive. Ask friend to send also is a bit menyusahkan cos quite far.

Can wear jeans, t-shirt, slipper also can (but lab must wear shoes)

No need collared t-shirt. It is not that strict for girls laugh.gif

But for guys, you will face the security guard if you meet them while not wearing collared tees.
