Cloud Atlas (2012)

One of the MOST complicated movie I have ever encounter... Still in the midst of watching it!!

Watchmen Ultimate Cut, 2009.

This is a different comic book.... errr...... Graphic Novel superhero movie.
It is underrated since most people are disappoint with this movie where the action is very less, and is filled with many dialogue.

May not suitable for mass audience, but this is the closest thing you can get as close to the original graphic novel.
The graphic novel actually is a very matured material,  where it tells a tale where costumed superhero really exist, and it deal with the issue of Cold War, and the struggle between the superhero.

From the visual effect point of view, this movie is not short of that, where the visual is top notch. But be careful, this movie show very brutal violence and nudity, which may annoy to some people.
The story is quite long, 3 and a half hour, and people will start to complaint that the movie is too long, much longer than the "Dark Knight" and "Dark Knight Rises"

But, if you look carefully, it actually make sense to have such a long running time, where it actually has 6 main super hero, like the "The Avenger", and the character development and plot development is involving around the 6 main character.

This movie is way ahead of its time, and the story it tells is actually much more modern than "Batman", "Spiderman", "Ironman", "Superman", where the former is a short Graphic Novel created on year 1986, and the later is comic book story created as early as year 1940.

This is definite a highly recommended movie in my list, where it really want you to re-watch the movie a few time to understand more on the character and the story.
