Overall it's very entertainning but too bad have to tone down my Sub as neighbor started to complain his ceiling vibrating. So have to plan for a dedicated room for my HT without disturb others

Volume at -18db and sub at -7db.....I personally feel that is not loud but may be the bass leakage to the neighbor

No choice lor,,for the time being have the tune the Master Volume to -25db and Sub -12db.
Have to until I get the approval from town council to construct the another room(But I really dun
like to deal with those sub contractor in JB..mostly I deal with is really shit. We pay them yet most of
the time they will make u vomit blood)

Any short term solution other them tone down the volume??

Haha..good idea...but I dun think he will buy your idea. A bit hostile (always many complains,, complain about my
dogs smell too)..I dun have such problem with my old neighbor.
Actually I have told him if the noise affected him,please let me know as I may not know how low the LFE may affect him.
Anyway still my problem for disturbing their peacefulness..have to solve it myself.

No movie for yesterday ,today and tommorow until I solve the problem. Actually I was thinking to buy over his house and ask him to move.

Thanks Pierre , my Denon 3312 receiver do not have the Audyssey LFC. Even have also it won't work as he is ultra sensitive, as my daughter listen to song (not movie) at noon yesterday at -25 db and bass at -10 ,he also make noise and worst of all ,use power drill to drill the house wall . Never know he can behave like this to a small girl. Planning to built my dedicated room at my vacant land to solve the problem.

Neighbor went outstation yesterday. So squeezed some times to watch "Rise Of the Planet of the Apes" Overall it's quite entertaining. Worth watching.
