stock speed is 13x166..but it's actually 13x166.3 = 2162MHz

my fren clocked his to 13x230..but it came out as 13x231 = 3004.3(13x231.1)

some motherboards tend to increase voltage and FSB by abit from your settings..like mine i set vDIMM 2.6v it becomes 2.67v-2.68v and like my FSB it always increases by 1 from my setting..

yea..3000+ comes in 2 types 13x166 and 10x200

however it seems MBM5 CPU Speed readings are sometimes inaccurate one..like if you clock to say... 2470MHz ..CPU-Z and WCPUID will show 2470.3 or so..but MBM5 sometimes 2470 sometimes 2459..sometimes 2375...flucuates alot

ram sinks? i was told they're not too effective..you can get those active ram coolers....it uses mounting wires which hooks to your DIMM clips..can hold 2x 40mm Fans...

Solution for low overclock in Windows XP SP2

Disabling DEP system-wide using boot.ini

1. Click Start, and then click ControlPanel.

2. Under Pickacategory, click PerformanceandMaintenance.

3. Under or Pick a Control Panel icon, click System.

4. Click the Advanced tab, and in the Startup and Recovery area, click Settings.

5. In the SystemStartup area, click Edit.

6. In Notepad, click Edit and then click Find.

7. In the Findwhat field, type /noexecute and then click FindNext.

8. In the Find dialog box click Cancel.

9. Replace the policy_level (for example, "OptIn" default) with "AlwaysOff" (without the quotes).

WARNING: Be sure to enter the text carefully.

Note: Your boot.ini file switch should now read:

/noexecute=AlwaysOff

10. In Notepad, click File and then click Save.

11. Click OK to close StartupandRecovery.

12. Click OK to close SystemProperties and then restart your computer.

i have unlocked XP-M but if I change the multipier to other than 11.5, its BSOD, even if i feed the proc enough volt {1.575v@1.7v}. I only managed to raise the fsb. Can somebody enlighten me on this? Currently using Taipan D27 modded bios and no mod on hardware.Btw, highest oc i reached is as in sig. No prime stable tho.
