QUOTE(gr2000 @ Nov 23 2005, 02:02 PM) lol i dunno how "easy" it's supposed to be la... not bad. the multiplier a 13. better than 3200+. 11*200=2200Mhzstock speed is 13x166..but it's actually 13x166.3 = 2162MHz my fren clocked his to 13x230..but it came out as 13x231 = 3004.3(13x231.1) some motherboards tend to increase voltage and FSB by abit from your settings..like mine i set vDIMM 2.6v it becomes 2.67v-2.68v and like my FSB it always increases by 1 from my setting.. my mobo voltage oso like that. 2.9vdimm come 3.xxV. and the fsb oso like that. different from windows and cpu-z |

QUOTE(gr2000 @ Nov 23 2005, 04:03 PM) yea..3000+ comes in 2 types 13x166 and 10x200 ya, never use mbm5.however it seems MBM5 CPU Speed readings are sometimes inaccurate one..like if you clock to say... 2470MHz ..CPU-Z and WCPUID will show 2470.3 or so..but MBM5 sometimes 2470 sometimes 2459..sometimes 2375...flucuates alot just found out that cpu-z doesnt detect my vcore correctly. but sometimes ok. see the screenshot. 1.64v and dunno why my proc cannot tahan more then 1.9V. if i put 1.93, hang at the boot screen. this make me i cannot go higher. this end of month buy the last set of titan wc from monkey king and add some ramsink to get better temps. QUOTE(gr2000 @ Nov 23 2005, 05:42 PM) ram sinks? i was told they're not too effective..you can get those active ram coolers....it uses mounting wires which hooks to your DIMM clips..can hold 2x 40mm Fans... ya, later have to find those 120mm fan an blow to the rams and with copper ramsink. QUOTE(gr2000 @ Nov 24 2005, 10:43 AM) i saw this post from the AMD 64/SEMPRON ---- OC DATABASE thread..i was wondering if this tweak works for AXP processors as well? what the tewak for? |

QUOTE(SaTaNHeaD2003 @ Dec 3 2005, 07:08 AM) i have unlocked XP-M but if I change the multipier to other than 11.5, its BSOD, even if i feed the proc enough volt {1.575v@1.7v}. I only managed to raise the fsb. Can somebody enlighten me on this? Currently using Taipan D27 modded bios and no mod on hardware.Btw, highest oc i reached is as in sig. No prime stable tho. try change ur multiple to stock and raise fsb. raise fsb until u cant prime stable then up some voltage. until the max fsb, try lower ur multiple and raise some fsb again. remember u vdimm and ram oso. This post has been edited by amyhs99: Dec 3 2005, 03:14 PM |
