yes, i did a deep scan + fix (the one said need to restart window, and does the checking part in the black screen in 5 stages, chk journal and etc) for 3 times!!! the freaking error is still being detected, and i dont know what error it is...doh.gif

i ran the chkdsk again, still no error sweat.gif

well, crystalDiskInfo says good...so i think i have to ignore the error then

hi everyone, just a newbie question

i sent my hp 3 years care pack registration form and receipt via email to carepackreg@siriuscom.com.my on the 13th aug...but till now, i used my hp support assistant to check my warranty status, but it is still "standard warranty"

so now, i should call 1800-888-588?
