By the way, my laptop have serious overheat problem, even when I was playing a mini game (Plant and Zombie), the temperature can hit 80C with Cooler Master U3. Would like to ask if anyone has the same problem with me, and anyone who solve their problem by using the U3 cooling pad.

I shall be going to KL on next Monday, so do you think I should send in my laptop for checking?

most probably the stock thermal paste is not seated correctly. just need to reapply the thermal paste.. can be done at HP service center in 1 day's time.. location

sad.gif my beats solo has crackling sound on my right ear piece. the culprit i believe is the diaphragm has cracked or something like that.. sad.gif RMA? possible? Singapore Hwee Seng warranty card.. should post here or audiophile?

Previously champagne shower was nothing on full.. but till last week.. crack crack cracks... cry.gif cry.gif

I even did overnight burn in.. the sounds was so sweet after burn in.. drool.gif

Just RMA my beats solo..

1) Went to HP Service Centre at Damansara Height..on a Saturday.. no open..

Opens at Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm

2) Went to HP Service Centre again..on Monday.. the lady without asking much..gave me address and phone number for Hwee Sing..

3) Called Hwee Sing.. passed to the person in-charged of Beats.. says that the technician no in so need to come back on Thursday and there is no RMA units available for Beats solo BLACK not until 1 month later but there are white..so opt for white..

4) Went on Thursday (today), called before going..Confirmed that technician in.. Reached the place..should just parked outside.. 1 hour for rm2...but RMA around 20 minutes. Went inside meet nice reception lady, asked for the person in charged..provides relevant documents.. ( HP invoice/ PO/ DO, Beats warranty card SG/Msia also can). Technician come test the defected unit using a ipod shuffle..diagnose.. unable to replicate the crackling sound.. so i have to use my iPhone song to replicate the crackling sound.. song used (Party Rock Anthem - LMFAO).. and the person in charged say..1 month come back la.. doh.gif cause the white RMA unit is not in so good conditions.. doh.gif oh well..

i just noticed.. double tapping on the small square box at the touchpad means disabling the touchpad.. cool.. doh.gif
