Dear guys,
Can someone tell me which bank value this property at $460? I have dig deep enough to ask most of the banks that I know and none of them give me $460/sqft valuation, the most is up to $420, even some gives me $380. Pls share the contact so at least I can help my buyer to obtain a better valuation, otherwise the intention of supporting higher price is just a hopes that will never materialise. |

I thought this is expected news that LRT will be within walking distance fm TZ? Some news is that it will be opposite TZ during it's construction stage.

Fyi, recently there's even more and more application for loans got rejected by banks. This can be clearly seen on the newly launch project whereby most of those place money for bkg already begin withdraw or transferring their bkg to other party as unable to get loans fm the panel banks. I have some discussions with my friends in banking sector and he told me that the management decision for 2012 is more towards conservative approach due to bad outlook forecast for next year. Budget for business and mortgage loans has been slashed by 35% for 2012 so we will see banks will putting a more stringent screenthrough before approving loans. Will suggest those that do not have holding power to plan their investment wisely than be sorry later.
