Foresta in Sri Damansara. Guess it will be very crowded over there soon, all kind of developments with limited access. Furthermore, next year is known as financially bumppy year. Will we get better bargain? a question to think about.


btw, side track abit. I gonna request air-cond contractor to install and conceal 3rooms + living within the wall, so it looks nice without any pipe hanging in sight.

Make sure your know your renovation plan, if there is so that you don't waste it. I know my contractor has a very good price for air-cond (acson, york and panasonic) from direct distributor as well.

So far have 5 bruders interested in the air-cond pipes [concealed] + air-cond installation with bulk better price.

but too bad, my unit in block B that has not chance to get keys yet to let the contractor look see look see for quotation.

I got the initial quote for cny promotion air-cond price.
Acson 1hp = RM7x0 & 1.5 hp = RM9x0.
installation not included as that price will depend on length of pipes and how you want it.
anyone interested can pm me for contact if more people then probably we can reduce the price.
