just went to have a look for some units with my agent, most probably gonna buy a unit in block A 3rd floor. the security here is tight, no agent visiting after 6pm. access to go in and out from lift and parking area also need access card. (usually going out from lift area only need press lock release, but this one need access card oso sweat.gif )

understand that this place is very new. my question is, will there be unifi coverage in this area in the future ? anyone can clarify? i dont wanna end up buying a unit with no unifi in the future sad.gif

True, the security are tight, but the Security Guards here are so stupid. This morning my wife said cant enter car park. door cannot open. then i said go to security guard lah to ask. see them, they said blackout, so cant open the door, then make dunno. why so dumb, go open the door manually ler since you know it's blackout. how to go to office then.

30 minutes later, i go down, also stuck cannot open the door with few other ppl. They know already blackout, why dont just open all doors.  vmad.gif

i feel u bro..
true, tight security is very good but not to the extend of this stupidity...the guards just seemed like they're trying to keep all people from entering the area, be it resident or not sweat.gif

I agree with being strict for security purposed.

But this time they are really being c2pid, do they really expect me to walk/drive down to the guardhouse if everytime my friends / relative

visit me?  doh.gif

i think this problem can be solved by using intercom

1. friend visit, reached guardhouse, told the guardhouse ur unit number
2. guard house intercom to ur unit and double confirm the name of the person visiting
3. guard lets u in

of course, quite impossible now. have to go thru management... can propose during AGM
