I think Zest investors had a good bargain. I wanted to buy a unit unfortunately I was not in the city at that time. Looking at it now, my oh my how beautiful zest is with strong colors and looking really bright. the development made the landed houses behind appreciate a lot too

Also, by logic (land value), landed houses should always be more expensive RM per sq ft than high rise.
So any increase in Zest is good for us |
