dont think flippers are heart sinking, as Zest was not bought at ridiculous pricing.... if were to hold abit longer, still managable.

looking at the delay of SW, others almost complete props are atmosfera, koi and zen (no news), there is still hope for subsale.

mind explain how the NET income plus work and affect the subsale?

Since you say the new ruling impose stricter criteria for buyers, thus i assume higher purchase price require higher loan amount...

Based on Covillea's post i guess... But that also include ppl who just wanna test water and see the market price, not intentional flippers..
there are "accidental flippers" who bought for own stay initially but decide to flip when the timing and price is right.. but these "accidental flippers" very unlikely get hurt because the initially intention is not for flipping anyway....

usually you can, anyway, i think there is guideline to be handed out to owners on rules, and might impose renovation deposit to ensure the place s clean up and no garbage left after the renovation...

usually we need to check for the defect first and ask developer to rectify them... if the defects are not serious, we can start renovation soon after key collection...

MK good choice, i was looking at MK the whole day yesterday... should be able to get a bargain buy for own stay now..
I share the same view, surrounding Zest still has lots of potential and room to get mature, LRT will be the highly anticipated one..
however, still undecided.. let see what happen after getting the key.. maybe will stay there, who knows.. smile.gif
