make alot sense for Pai to dispose at 400psf.....and use the additional capital to put in other props that could run faster.

Clearly he had locked in a new target that has more legs to run than Zest.....perhaps 'Carmen Tan' project is ready to launch soon 

If SPA signed in the next 2 weeks ............ i offloaded mine at approx 400psf........ 

I genuinely think there's room for further appreciation but I need to boost my reserves for things to come.......so thought I dont mind letting go at lower price today............plus I found a new target hehehe

i think Pai kor did his homework well.. finding a condusive environment to stay while investing else where
