iirc total residential units for
TZ = 720 units
in comparison, SW (solace, brio, vio) = 759
+ SW (trigon) = 181
SW (grand total) = 940 units.

but SW will be handed over in 4 phases, tower by tower with a 6 month interval. whereas all the 3 towers of TZ are likely to be en-bloc.

he must have mistaken TZ (BK9) for ZR (Bkt OUG) where the total units = 1136

rm350 psf for sw upon vp? then the 3 purchasers who snapped up those type D units (845 sf) on the 23rd floor of vio at rm388,800 to rm391,800 or rm460 to rm464 psf r big time suckers.

back to zest, m wondering how much should be the subsale price of those 4 studio units (500+ sf) in blk C. surely should be >rm460 psf since smaller units r known to command higher price..perhaps rm500 psf?

overall, on a scale of 1 - 10 i would rate the finishing to be 5.5 only. there r quite a number of serious defects to mention and for obvious reasons decided not to upload those pix showing the defects. all i can say is they either have cut corners to save cost or simply rushing to handover vp at the expense of acceptable finishing.
