This afternoon, I saw a Malay family signed up to rent 1,205 sf unit at 1,800 from an property agent.
The package include kictchen cabinet, aircond and heater at master room, lighting, fans and grills.
I was informed this tenant is looking for big unit.

Spoke to few agets, 435k - 440k still have many units.

I was offered by agent at price 450k to 465k for unit 1,191 sf
Still considering ..... Is it a good buy at this price?

My brother wants to rent out at 1,600 and cover aircond, heater at master room, kitchen cabinet, grille, lighting, fans and curtain track
