What bout Zest compared to Setia Walk and Zen ?
How much premium can SW command over Zest ?
Actually i think Zen has the best looking facade among all. Unfortunately, they have the worst location as well.
SW before VP is already commanding 500psf. It seems to have high potential, looking at the branded shops opening there. Can the shops bring impact to elevate the price of SW ?
What about the shops in Zest ? It has been quite a long time already but not many shops open yet. Will it impact Zest ? But i think Zest has the best location among all. Do you guys think Zest can still appreciate further ?
Actually at today's pricing, which one is the better bet ?

There is nothing legally that can stop the owners now for not letting it out to these africans.
Unless a JMC is formed which is 1 year later, otherwise i doubt developer will put a clause to what race it cannot be rented out in the Deeds of Mutual Covenant.
Owners have every right to let out to any race they want.
With 700+ units available, it is hard to avoid desperate owners to be ignorant. Let's just hope and pray hard for these owners to get good tenants.

I have been following this thread as well. At some point i do admire Covillea persistent but unfortunately his persistent has become an ignorant.
He seems to talk but yes that's it. To repeat his statement.
I think more action like to be JMB chairman / representative in Zest will bring him more credit.
On contrary, people are fed up hearing his 460psf and asking for volunteer to be representative instead of himself.
I am sure now owners + non-owners are demanding more from him to deliver his action from his talk.
Let's hope we see something different next.

Unfortunately that is exactly what happening to Malaysian. We see pak hitam, we avoid that place.
Somehow if pak hitam swim there, i just dont have the mood to swim already. Maybe feel they are dirty because they always smell bad. But dont worry, they are everywhere. Just a matter of more or less only.
