This is the reason that I think for rental purpose, it is better to buy and rent at Jalan Ampang, KLCC as expats are the group of people that can and be willing to pay slightly premium price to rent. For Zest, it is ok. Just hold on to it. If you cant rent it, you will probably be able to get appreciation but not at the current moment.

What?!! RM460/sf... so expensive. better take the one with RM500/sf. that is cheaper.
