maybe call up a few more agents and compare, understanding what are the offers in general.. of course certain units command higher premium than the rest such as corner units, side by side parking, views and heights. The crucial factor, do you really like it and think the price is reasonable? happy shopping wink.gif

IMHO, zest is more of urban living concept for convinience such as future LRT, easy access to highway, and shoplots below.

Atmosfera more of getting away from main road, deeper inside housing area.. lower density and more facilities..

take a visit to both place and see which one suits you more.. price wise, i believe atmosfera is almost same prizing as Zest..
