I wana rent out my unit, block c 10th floor, facing pool

comes with 2 air cond, 2 car park, food grinder.

unfurnished 1,600

direct tenants only, no agents ty...

receive calls from trinity MGM office offer rental at 1,500 with air cond, grill & kc,.. half month comm

anyone else here gets this ? IMO its kinda low, Im aiming at 1,700 for the above

IMO 1,300-1,400 units rental got but very few..

I'm standing firm at rentals 1600 with grill air cond & 1,900 with kc, sofa, bed frame

issues about the grill, I'm still considering whether to get it done cuz seriously don't like the design...

another problem found, the air cond are not functioning, is it juz me or others facing the same as well ?

electric tested ok with the food grinder, however can't manage to turn on the air cond with the remote, tried pressing the on button on the air cond oso tak boleh.

& since sat after 1pm edi, no one I can ask in MGM office

My unit does not comes with free air-con, just bare air-con wiring, no air-con switch available so only way to on and off the air-con electricity is from the DB box, one of the MCCB that is supplying your air-con.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO DO THIS

but this is what i will test, use a test pen (screw driver with small bulb to indicate electricity), check your air-con MCCB got electricity supply or not, if MCCB ok, open in-door unit cover, look for the area where the 3 wires (Green is earth, Black is neutral, R/Y/B is live) is connected to the air-con. Normally you should see the screw that is used to tighten the wires, poke your test pen into the screw for live wire and check for electricity.

DO NOT TOUCH any wire even if the test pen does not light up, unless you remove the fuse or turn off the main switch at DB.

If electricity at aircon point is available, check whether the connection of wire is as per manual or not. From power point goes into in-door unit got 1 set wire, from in-door unit to out-door unit will have another set wire.

If electricity is ok, wiring is ok, call supplier, your air-con not ok.

Again, STRONGLY ADVICE DO NOT DIY AIR-CON unless you are experienced.

For rental (new):
1) Basic unit(1110sqft) with following up for rent:- Air-cond masterbedroom, Water heater both bathroom, Grille (whole unit), 4 * fans (all rooms & hall), Lighting. Rental - RM1500 per mth (slyren00).
2) Fully furnished RM2400-RM2500 (yy79).
3) RM2500, kindly email me gogo1542@gmail.com (gogo1542).
4) 1110sqft facing KL in block A. Basic unit with lights, fans,grilling at main entrance & yard & kitchen table top at yard. Rental requested is RM 1600 (idldjy10)
5) 1110sft block c face pool, 2 car park, air cond master room & living. basic fans light. grill & other furnishing upon request. RM1,600 (cloner) direct tenants only

you must ask the forumer directly. the name is in the bracket.
