for me the game isnt about catching the peak.......but making sure my portfollio remains efficient.......its like trading a mature horse that has yet to peak....... with 1-2 younger stallion with more race to run........

I think those who hold will get more profit in the next 1-2 years............
........for me Im just following my gameplan...........and leave some future profit for the next buyer............

first and foremost, a big thank you to pai for allowing me a courtesy visit to this grand development titled 'The Zest'. it's also nice to meet up with two other forummers of which i would not name lah.
and it's original launching price, i would be sceptical too considering the density and surrounding of the area. but to look at the completed and actual product, i would definitely say it's worth even its current asking prices.
the existing purchaser although have equal right to demand quality from the developer must also be realistic of their expectations. for instance, when one is buying a vios, the person cannot be expecting camry specifications.
quality wise, again i must stress at original price point, the developer is giving a 11/10. at current pricing, i would say a 7-8/10. i have seen considerable recently VP projects and i must say this Trinity have done their fair share of work in both designs and execution.
to this, i would like to congratulate ALL previous and future purchaser of Zest development.

actually..........some MK condos today can be purchased at cheaper than 410psf............technically cheaper than Zest.............. albeit not new lah...........
no secret.........personal preference for me is that I prefer MK than BK for own use............will update more once looked at enuff MK props........now havent finish 100 viewing yet...........
