But for auction house, THERE IS RESTRICTION, but they will region lock, BASED ON YOUR BATTLENET ACCOUNT ADDRESS, not your diablo 3 game box  region e.g. NA, Europe and Sea.

then is that we need to change our Battle.net info to US address in order to be able to trade in RMAH with the westerner or just buy the us set? I am really confused...
