I think what he meant is the randomization of the map(in this case, the dungeons) rather than loot, haven't watch the video, so I don't know too.

actually it's the South Korea GRB who is responsible for delaying the ratings for D3 in SK ....

How can we hold the SK people themselves responsible for the actions their GRB ?

In fact i've seen people from SK gamers up in arms over why their GRB is screwing their chance at D3 being release there. They risk being left out of the world wide release worse case scenario

So when mentioning SK, append the GRB as it is they who are causing these issues :/
