I guess Blizzard haven't been paying attention to other MMO.

MapleStory is a game developed in South Korea, and yet the South Korea version of this game is the only version without the trade system known as MTS which allows player to buy virtual items using real money.

The South Korean government is very strict about this, so Blizzard shouldn't expect the government would suddenly make an exception for them.

They could have avoided the whole thing by removing that trade system for the Koreans in the first place.

I hope this doesn't mean a few more months of delay

I hope I'm wrong, but I think Blizzard is trying to finish up their console version to be release simultaneously with the PC version. PC platform is an open platform, so most companies have no problem shafting it.

Microsoft/Sony on the other hand, would have never allow Blizzard to release the console version later than the PC version.
