Is there any official confirmation of this? My Google-fu fails me. Qisahn doesn't seem to have a SEA collector edition available. It seems like the RM800 price quote are just some importers trying to price gouge/scam.

It sounds like the SEA versions have their own official distributor and they have not released any pricing or info or allowed any orders at all so people who are taking pre-orders for SEA are probably just bullshitting...

edit2: meh rechecked the collector edition stuff and decided it's not worth getting

Judging from the RMAH, it doesn't really matter if you are playing in SEA or US server, there will be 2 types of Auction House, gold-based auction house (anywhere in the world), and real money auction house ( region locked ), correct?

I feel there isn't much doubt that the game is MOST LIKELY going to be global, meaning doesn't matter if you get US, Europe or SEA version, you can all create a character on any region server. The only limitation is no cross region interaction for trading on RMAH/GAH, as well as between CHARS that belong to you or others as well, meaning a US CHAR and a SEA CHAR cannot access the samed shared stash and trade even if both chars belong to you on the same account ....
The real question like shy pointed out, is what about auction houses ? We know they can't interact cross region, but what if, I buy a US version of Diablo 3, and Make a Char on US server, which effectively locks my char to the US Region. But will

1. be able to use US RMAH/GAH ? (actually even if i can't okay fine)

2. will i still be able to access SEA RMAH/GAH ??? (i hope so especially if the 1st scenario is a No.)

3. I am not able to use RMAH at all..... (WTF!!! i hope not  )

4. Can still use SEA RMAH, but must create a char on SEA server and not US server (this is bad too, cauz most of my friends are US server, so i will be playing there if i find the latency acceptable)
