was it mentioned in that video that auction house will be restricted via ip address etc? |

that video too long, did not watch.
that guy speak too softly also. at the moment, my personal belief is that if i buy the digital US version of diablo 3 via US battle.net online store, i will be able to buy and sell on the US auction house. as simple as that. |

well that sarks. but i did not see him mention about the methods on how they will "lock down players" to a certain region. only like, "if a player lives in europe, then he will use the europe auction house" etc. anyway, maybe them things are not final yet. |

I am speculating that by default it will be by the IP address. Some thing similar happen to me with SC2 beta. Before they have the SEA region, they lock me down to the Korean serves. My SC2 beta was in Korean hahah. The reply said because of my IP address I was lockdown for the Korean beta test. But since I cant understand Korean the tech support guy, help me by flagging my bnet acc for SC2 Beta US  But this is just my speculation. As for special cases, there is mention at the last part of the video that you need to prove that you are actually living in said country before they can change you region. |
