It's as simple as plug and play right? Doesn't need to set anything or amp or dac right?

plug power, plug RCA or 3.5mm cable, plug the left speaker. power on.
it has 5" cone on left & right. u can move it near to wall to increase bass level.

Actually i got my unit from Mr Chin
I am looking for those *rumored* Power cable which can gives the speakers a cleaner sound. Would like to try 1 to see the difference.
Also a Usb cable just cant decide weather to get a supra or QED.

Ok, but will the A5+ be very loud as desktop speakers?

I'm worried that the A5+ is more of living room speakers
*
go shop for listening demo.
it can go very loud, so need some space in between left--right side and rear wall

Just got my A5+ and S8

what are all your settings?

I'm confused with the Phase and Crossover option on the subwoofer.

Anyone care to share their settings?

Stereo sound, A few HDMI sources to TV, and use TV as audio out to the A5+
Loud yes, losing the sound stage, detail and the punch. It's like the sound stopped half way.

hdmi means the tv is doing decoding. A weak point
Not sure where u can buy dac that support hdmi, except home theater receivers.
