have you check ur settings to make sure that you can connect to 3G? There's a setting that limits connection to 2G only (on most android phones).

The problem with bad data network is bcos of umobile. you get R becos you are roaming. Yes, in Umobile case, when the umobile 3g signal is not available or strong enough, it will automatically connect to Celcom. On 'roaming' with celcom, the connection is terrible.

so, maybe you've set ur phone to connect to only 2g networks. So that's why your stuck on Celcom.
Or maybe its just too bad that the mi410 reception is not as good as your liquid.

The dead pixel is near the middle of the screen, very annoying, I cannot bear it.

On last friday, the shopkeeper said this monday will have new stock for me to change, then on monday he said stock haven arrive, will call me when got new stock for me to change. Until today, no new stock. A bit regret buying this phone.

Guys, please gimme some opinion on what to do next?

yessss!!!!! flashed to wellcom rom n the lag is gone, so far no random resets!!!

considering to root my device d cuz csl also didn update anyth when they swapped my phone with another. imei doesn match with the one on my box d hahah.

What does supercharger do?

Better memory management. It runs with Android own lowmemorykiller so no extra programs were installed. I don't notice much difference because my free RAM usually hovers ~200MB mark, after installing this it stays basically the same, a bit higher around ~240MB but I do see at one instance it shoots up to 311MB free RAM! So far I don't encounter any problems, opening multiple tabs in Opera and programs at the same time

arghhh my phone jus resetted even though i was on wellcom rom!! x.x

n some of my dock buttons on my go launcher is lagging..sigh..

mayb root + super charge may solve d prob cuz mebe my phone crash cuz of lack of ram

Setting number 6. I tried a few and found 6 is the best.

You could try supercharging it, its very easy to do it. I still wondering how on Earth you guys can deplete its RAM so easily

i use go launcher's close all programs to clear the ram n it always has new apps starting on its own zzz any advice?

Actually, I'm new to android, too.
But if you want to backup your phone b4 flash to new ROM, u can try to use "MyBackup" or "Titanium Backup". If your phone was rooted, then u can have more features on both of the apps mentioned above to backup your phone data/apk etc.

PS. I didn't backup my phone b4 I flash to WellcoM, since I just bought it not so long and not much data & apk in my phone need to backup

still using wellcom rom n so far it has failed me once, it resetted on its own x.x lol i realised csl comes with nero backup restore hahah..shouldve used that

Weird. For my case, after I flashed to WellcoM ROM the lagging issues no more. And, on that time, I not yet using V6 Supercharged.

just now my friends told me that he's looking for a phone with below RM1k budget.. then he ask me which one is good.. android of course..

then i told him to try this CS Mi410.. coz depend on it specs, really worth it.. so i would like to know.. since my friends going to be android noobies for sure he can't understand flashing that fast..

Delete those apps manually, if its system apps go to system/apps and delete or rename the corresponding .apk to .bak. Phone must be rooted and use root explorer or any other file manager that allow you to access file system

Good day nghj! glad to hear from u. yeah, wat u said is very correct. umobile is quite poor at my area especially when i'm inside my house. when i walked out, signal "R" gone and became "Normal".

Afterall, this unit is very "adventurous" flashed from CSL to Magnum to Wellcom LOL ! 2.2.2 to 2.3.4 then to 2.2.2 then to 2.3.4 again LOL i guess i flashed this more than i flash my Acer Liquid

but overall, Wellcom's ROM is the best. No screen flicker after i quit FPse emulator. and no restart too. Although Magnum does feel very light but it does sometimes gone lagged abit especially after i played & quit games from FPse.

now i am finding way to root this wellcom 2.3.4. any guideline dear sifu here? wat is the procedure and file should i need to proceed the rooting? bcoz reading u guys mentioning about the Supercharged apps sound very very interesting but i believe our unit has to be rooted then only can install. so, is there any other apps beside than SuperOneClick to get our device rooted?

I personally have PM tj_style, the version they testing is the RC1 (release candidate 1) which is special version of the donator, he will work on RC2 for public release which he say will work on this week
