I got a problem of wifi, when I download some app form play store, my wifi will turning off automatic, and it keeping like that.
*
hi, can you go to setting>wireless & network>wifi> press menu button> choose advenced> change wifi sleep policy to never.
if you did that step and still facing the same issue, it might problem from the stock rom, try flash another rom, read first page thoroughly before you do anything smile.gif

Thx your reply smile.gif
I had change to never, but the problem still same, I can't connect to wifi more than 1 minutes, I go to wireless & network>wifi there keeping show, turning off....turning on...obtaining ip address from....connected to .....and turning off again...I plan to flash Miui rom, is it direct flash it by using cwr? or I need to flash to tj_style RC1 > RC2 first and flash to Miui?

after having used the phone for so long I'm coming back to the same question.

which custom ROM is by far the most stable, after rc2?

rc2 i haven't tried to play around with governors and all, dont really know how stable it can be tweaked cuz mine memang auto reset once a day.

Am asking bcuz I'm getting serious battery drain on Maclite + UC kernel combo. Thinking of reverting to cacingkalung or FR cuk's MIUI 2.3.23/30 update, anyone here on their MIUI? How is it? Stable?

if you already rooted and installed clockworkmod recovery from the first page, you can directly flash miui rom, no need to flash rc1 and so on,

right now im using miui 2.3.9 by free radical, did not update yet to 2.3.30 by cacingkalung which solve low incoming call volume. my cpu clock is 1024 max, 768 min, noop schedular,
voltage control? i never change the voltage so far, i use ram manager pro, set to balance( multitasking) smile.gif
so far no issues while using my phone rclxms.gif

oh what do you use to set the scheduler? I use the voltage control app lol.. not sure how else to do it..

but wow you using minimum 768 clock, isnt that quite heavy on the processor even when idle? that should cause a bit of a drain right? how long can your batt last?

i use setcpu and make a profile, when screen of around 428 only, to set the schedular in the rom there is x5 setting, you can change the schedular from that app, or you can use antutu

Don't change to 2.6.35.7 because its unstable for some games. If you don't play any games you can use it, but just to ensure it won't cause any trouble make CMW backup first. Better to be safe than sorry
