hey guys...my fren recently bought this phone...got 2 problems...first the batt seems to drain real fast...standby about 7-8 hours drain almost 20 percent and 2nd it restarts on its own quite frequently

i faced the restart problem since i use set cpu and set it to 1.4ghz .

after that i lower it to 1.2 and no more auto restart.

Hmm, the ram of this phone suppose to be 512MB? But my phone show a total of 314MB only.. is this normal?

And the it seems that the internal memory has only 1GB(?) It show a total of 1118MB of internal storage though.

i bought 1 last 2 week at lowyat by pda expert member here.

guys, which is the stable combination ROM you all using?
the original ROM seem to restart quite frequent, after i flash to custom kernel from xda forum which able to OC to 1.6gh and it's stablez with the Ori ROM.

I didn't remember which shop becoz there a three shop on the first floor that saw selling the mi410 .

it will caused auto restart...
down clock to 1.2 GHz better

I think if the kernel is already undervolt is safe to overclocked cause I'm having restart often if underclocked with the kernel which is already undervolt for certain Ghz,
in my case 1.4Ghz overclocked with no auto restart

which is the best rom up-to-date guys?

stock rom csl often auto restart, try flash to welcom or rc2 rom

so another 1GB is free for u to install software kinda thing...

Android used up 1GB of space?! I thought there are phone that has internal memory of lesser than 1GB.. how are those phone suppose to have android in them...

Btw, since now gingerbread can install apps on sd card. We no longer need to partition our sd card to swap, ext4, fat 32 partition anymore? And I could just make my sd card to one file system only which is fat32 only?

I tried partition my sd card to 3 partitions which is swap(64MB), ext4(1GB) and fat32(3GB). Then my sd card shows a total space of 3GB which is normal right? But, when I tried to move apps to the sd card, the 3GB part free space got reduced, I thought the apps suppose to go to the ext4 partition leaving the fat32 for stuffs other than the apps?
