Yesterday, 28 April, I made transaction from Public Banck(PBe) to my current account on CIMB.
I received the message immediately from Pbe show that my transaction is successful. Only when I want to withdraw from CIMB, there is no money.
1) First time I'm calling Public Bank, the staff stated that the matter will be resolved within 24hours, due to MEPS problem.
2) 2nd time I'm calling after a half day, the staff change the reason, stated there is no problem with MEPS but there is an issue with 'timed out' and told me that there is several same issues happen today.
3) This morning I'm calling again, after 24hours, they said it will need 14 working days to be solved, because there is a problem with system, and the problem with CIMB, but I have already called and verified with CIMB, there is no other issues like that notified to them yesterday.
Aaaa, when can I have my money back, this is so frustrating.
