zz maybank.. tried to do an IBFT to my fav account, but failed.. money deducted, but recipient did not get the funds.. called their CS, told me will take up to 14 working days to reimburse =.= wtf 14 days

Im sure the BM knows my rating in the bank since he keyed in my IC number into the system. Checked with a friend working in MBB CS, GIRO refunds will be next day by 11am, but IBFT will take ages. Disappointment. Thats all I can say.
