Hi, i transferred money from my cimbclicks to my friend maybank acc on sunday 9pm... But until now he havent receive his money.. Is it 3 days needed for IBG?

Hi guys.... my customer bank in to me by using alliance bank acc to my cimb bank acc... my acc number is correct but my name is too long and he cant fit my full name there... Will this affect the transfer?
