Last Friday i performed a IBFT using AmBank AmOnline to a Maybank account.
Numerous attempts done but each time failed and error display saying insufficient fund. After a few minutes checked back fund was debited
The receiving end was also my own account so confirmed IBFT did not go through.
Report lodged via 1300 80 8888 and issue still unresolved. Amount around RM2k.
Was also told IBG is safer than IBFT by one of the customer care. Also shocked by the wide range of response given by customer care, a few said 24h will refund, 1 said 7 days, another 1 said up to 14 days.
