RHB increase their IBG limit to Rm15,000 few months backFor RHB http://www.rhb.com.my/generalinfo/faq/fund_transfer.html What is the maximum daily transaction limit for IBG? The maximum daily transaction limit is RM 10,000.00. Anyway, I had verified that RHB allow customer to maintain IBG daily limit with RM15,000. It seems RHB have to update their website. Additional info, IBFT for RHB only RM10,000 per day |

QUOTE(Petre @ May 25 2015, 05:12 PM) i no experience in this Since i have in good mood today, i will provide you some step to overcome the conman/conwoman.will bank do it if i can produce a police report? right now situation is: -phone number listed by a few ppl as scammer -but maybank acc not yet listed - google found nothing -seller provided bogus tracking number and cannot be contacted since First, the payment will go through and bank has no authority to block it but they can freeze it provided you have strong valid grounds and the process is a very long way to go... by now you are still typing and i'm sure tomorrow the transaction success Secondly, what you can do now... go for a police report instead of asking here! Ask IO(Investigation officer from COMMERCIAL/KOMERSIAL SIASATAN JENAYAH) fax and contact with home branch account officer and they will freeze his account until the amount you transferred credited back to you. Make sure you police report got the words "diperdaya". don't use "ditipu".. this is to avoid loopholes in future the accused got charged in court. If the amount is small, take it as a lesson. The above procedure apply to MAYBANK. Different banks have different policies. |

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Jul 11 2016, 01:09 PM) really ridiculous... the amount is for staff payout, not to say very huge, but considered substantial amount 10k+. i am a very heavy MBB user, all my cards, funds all in MBB.. this experience is really demoralizing.. if they really take 14 days, i will move out for good.... their CS told me the transaction failed in their system, so the funds did not even exit the bank, so it does not involve the recipient bank... dont understand why 14 days... if you're in a hurry better go to your home branch and speak to branch manager. he/she can expedite the process for you |

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Jul 11 2016, 02:48 PM) Went over to home branch to talk to the BM. He said he cant do anything as CS will need to pass fo relevant dept to verify and check. He said got 4 customers face same issue before this, and longest is 2 months to reimburse. Seeiously wtf. And lastly he said there is some glitch on M2U today thats why. Zzzz i gonna shift all my funds to other banks then. Shitty response guess your home branch BM is not kind and helpful enough. for me i will not hesitate to close and move all my money to other banks2 months seriously? |

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Jul 11 2016, 03:43 PM) Yup he emphasize its subjective cause they need liaise with recipient bank as well for confirmation that funds nv got in. In the first place their CS alrdy said system said it failed hopefully relevant department can detect and to avoid glitches like this happen in the futureCant close and move all out now. Need to get back my money first lol. Im sure the BM knows my rating in the bank since he keyed in my IC number into the system. Checked with a friend working in MBB CS, GIRO refunds will be next day by 11am, but IBFT will take ages. Disappointment. Thats all I can say. as far as i concern, mbb always have problem with delay TAC.. but this time i'm quite shocked to see glitches like IBFT happen .. quite disappoint |

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Jul 12 2016, 02:02 AM) i am still waiting for MBB's response to me, in which if they choose not to respond, I will just liaise with BNM instead. I will make sure MBB cover the compensation of the interest/penalty for whatever late payments. that's true.. since 2 years ago mbb have stability issue.. with delay TAC.. unable to login during peak hours like end of the month, etc.. that is why i only use their GIA.. if not i wont bother to use mbb ... only for their credit card still worth for me to continue... payment i always IBFT from scb...2 years back, M2U used to be the top online banking portal, but now, HL Connect took over. Much more stable, no issues, and way more efficient. so far HLB looks okay for me when they took over EON... but these few years looks ok.. SCB also quite stable .. for most of the time without any issue. compensation of interest/penalty no idea.. hopefully BNM will give you what you want |

QUOTE(raptar_eric @ Jul 12 2016, 01:12 PM) i just lodged a report to BNM... called MBB for updates, just tell me will call me back, and never did... i am going over to my home branch to withdraw everything and shift to AFFIN for 4.5%. wasted 1 month of interest, nvm, rather than the shitty service that is good.. boycott any banks that trouble you especially you are HNW clients they will feel a pinch in their chest |
