Anyone hear ever have instant transfer failed but account balance is deducted?
I tried a bank transfer using maybank app to another bank account in a different bank. The transaction failed and my saving account was deducted.
I called the CS and they will make a report to that receiving bank to check if the transfer if successful. If yes, they will email the confirmation to me in 3-4 working days.
Anyone here has faced a similar situation?
