Hi, I am holding a Maybank Basic Savings Account Option 2 with the following: QUOTE First 2 GIRO transactions in a month at a fee of RM0.50 per transaction and RM2.00 from the 3rd transaction onwards. Option 2However, I found this in M2U: QUOTE New Interbank GIRO Transfer - Step 1 of 4 3. A RM2 fee will be charged for every transaction. So which one is the correct one? Thanks

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Jul 16 2011, 12:45 PM) Hi, I am holding a Maybank Basic Savings Account Option 2 with the following: Option 2However, I found this in M2U: So which one is the correct one? Thanks I performed an interbank transaction for the 1st time today and was charged RM2.00 instead of RM0.50. I suspect that the maybank officer that attended to me opened the wrong account. Are bill payments using CIMB Clicks and M2U considered as IBG and will be charged? Direct from CASA, not using credit card. Thanks.

QUOTE(kart @ Jan 1 2016, 11:35 AM) Sorry for being out of topic. Can anyone use OCBC online website to perform IBFT? When I select 'Transfer Now', there is no option for me to select IBFT. Well, since the 4% interest rate per annum for OCBC e-SmartSavers expires today, I plan to use IBFT to transfer all my fund today. If IBFT is unavailable, using IBG will not be useful, since it is only effective next Monday. Appreciate any advice from experts here. my 360 account is unable to do IBTF too..dont know what went wrong

QUOTE(Nom-el @ Jan 1 2016, 04:13 PM) Do you have an ATM/Debit card linked to your 360 account? If not, you will not be able to do instant transfer or IBFT. No ATM/debit card. I am able to do IBG..but not IBFT

QUOTE(Nom-el @ Jan 1 2016, 04:21 PM) Same as me. I have the same issue as well as I do not have an ATM card. I called up customer service & was told the reason was because of that. It makes sense as IBFT runs on MEPS (ATM) network. Alright thanks...at least i know it is not my problem alone

QUOTE(moonsatelite @ Apr 6 2016, 05:32 PM) I have checked with my account too, it seems CIMB does not support IBFT to OCBC. But my friends Public Bank account does support it. So it's not you, it's everyone, just go for IBG, but they'll get it only by 11a.m. tomorrow thanks for the confirmation. i have to get my fund at ocbc instantly so I did IBFT to SCB and then the free IBFT to OCBC.

I performed a Rentas from SCB and the teller insisted that the Rentas fee must be deducted from savings account and they don't accept cash. Of course I can then deposit the RM5.30 cash to my savings account but for the sake of knowledge, is this true?

QUOTE(adele123 @ Apr 15 2016, 12:08 AM) I uplifted my fd in feb from uob main branch. Gave me option, either to ibg or bank draft. She said she doesn't accept cash as well, deducted the bank draft fee from my final withdrawn anount. The similar practice applies to your rentas? For UOB, I confirm that I can pay for banker's cheque by cash even when I have savings account with them. For Rentas, SCB insists need to deduct from savings account.
